Following Design Development, it is appropriate to
request quotes from reliable Contractors.
Beyond the Box Design does not provide
Construction Estimates; however, we facilitate the
process by providing a preliminary pricing package.
The preliminary pricing package will contain the design
floor plans and elevations, utility plans, lighting plans
and minimal structural information. The package will
outline all of the specifications chosen during the
Design Development phase. Some contractors may
require final structural drawings prior to submitting an
estimate. In this case, structural drawings that exceed
UBC (Uniform Building Code) requirements for
conventional framing, must be submitted to an engineer
for consultation and structural design. This is an
outside service.
