Services are arranged progressively through a traditional design process.
Services
It is important before you begin designing and
constructing your new home or addition that you
understand the building parameters.  This requires an
understanding of your local zoning codes.  Building
heights, setbacks and square footage allowances are
attained from the Planning Department during this
first phase of the design process.  Block diagrams are
developed to demonstrate the maximum physical
boundaries of your project.  Also during this phase, a
thorough investigation of your existing property will
be done to establish existing building and site
conditions.  You will be asked a number of questions
regarding the functionality of your new home.  We
ascertain how the zoning building parameters coupled
with the existing conditions will meet to define how
you want to live in your new home.
